Boosting Your Immunity and Your Pets is Really Important Right Now

It’s a little crazy out there right now. So staying healthy physically and emotionally is very important for you and your pet.

Since humans are the caregivers it is really important that we stay as calm as we can get exercise and eat a clean diet . The same goes for our pets .

Our pets cannot transfer COVID-19 to us, so please don’t give up your pets .

Having them around is highly beneficial for our well being. They keep us calm and lower our stress levels in this stressful time. Also you don’t need to social distance from your pet. So you can cuddle and pet them all you want, which is great for boosting serotonin and dopamine.

Here are a few points to keep your pups immune system strong and a few for us humans.

LU11 LI4 hold both sides of the dewclaw lightly for a bit or lightly move your fingers in a circular motion if she will tolerate that.  LI4  is the source point for the large intestine so helps to regulate them and supports immune function and is master for face and mouth, In addition boosts protective chi function LU11 also supports immune  

ST 36 find the front of the knee and slide your finger down into the little groove on the lateral side of each knee.  This point is one of the strongest immune points on the body  

SP6/GB39   1 fingers above the medial malleolus or ankle bone this point is on the bone so just follow it up two finger widths on the  inside of the back leg. This is a great point to increase blood flow and healing. It also reduces inflammation also great support for liver kidney and spleen. Good support for her organs GB39 Influential for marrow will help with brain function. Use this point once a day for a week 

LIV3  between the 2nd and 3rd metatarsal bones Removes toxins from the body good for immune Most importantly it balances  and supports the liver

LI4 between the first and second metatarsal bones close to the second Good pain point and helps stimulate your immune system and healing. Good point for headaches and inflammation Also good for any intestinal issues and depression (intestines are considered the 2nd brain so that plays a very important role in mental well being). Do this on each side morning and night if possible

LU7 Inside of the wrist right above the bone on the radial aspect. Good point to alleviate migraines and headaches. Supports immune system. Helps with cough nasal discharge master for he head and neck  Also helps alleviate prolonged grief Do this on each side morning and night if possible

Ht 7 Pe 7 in the depression between the tendon and the ligament it is a natural depression and pretty easy to find bend in the wrist and there is a depression right next to the tendons on both sides. Hold bold sides that is actually 2 points Ht7 and Pe7 this clears the mind and calms the spirit great relaxation point and balances and protects heart also helps with trust issues Do this on both sides morning and night if possible

Pe6 This is a great point for trust issues with others and yourself and is also empowers and protects your heart, energy and your soul.

KI3/ Bl60 located on either side your Achilles your fingers will slide into the groove this is actually two points K3 and BL60 K3 is a source point good for the kidneys which house original chi this will tonify your source chi and give you a little boost. Also Kidney grabs lung chi which keeps the lung flowing and can alleviate stagnation Fear is housed in the Kidneys so this is a great point to release that and balance out angst. BL 60 is called the aspirin point and is good one to help with pain and stiffness in the back area and throughout the body it also is a god point to promote a smooth flow of energy. .
