Food plays a huge roll in the health of our pets. More and more studies are coming out promoting less grain,more protein and more pure foods.

Many dogs with cancer are affected by cancer cachexia.  Cachexia is a metabolic condition during which the dog experiences weight loss, loss of appetite, fatigue, and impaired immune function. Sugar and high glycemic carbohydrates can actually fuel the cancer growth and make it harder for the body to get the nutrition it needs.
